“Familiarity” with an ingredient is not the same as evidence that the product works. The difficulty with the supplement industry is that very little (almost none) is based on clinical controlled studies that are peer reviewed. Also FDA approved is not the same as evidence based.
Sarah, you’re usually very sensible but this is counter to your usual message of “eat less, move more, think right”
How about a video looking at supplements where there is evidence of efficacy?

You really might want to think about enrolling in some anger management classes. Maybe you should talk to your parents about your violent outbursts. Honestly, some children shouldn’t be allowed to be on the internet by themselves :P .

Sarah, I appreciate your willingness to educate us. To help solve the problem about people complaining about ads, I think you should put a notice of it in the description. Something like “This video contains a paid advertisement that we Diethealth support.” Or something. Hope it helps, keep making nice videos. :D

are you freakin retarded. There’s ads on every single video on YouTube. There’s an “X” to close it, but its still there at the end and on the side. Google owns YouTube, how the hell do you think they make money?! Advertisements!!! Good luck with finds ad free information that’s free, dumb shit.

are you retarded generationutena? How do you expect her to get any views if she puts “PAID ADVERTISEMENT” in the headline? You seem like some cry baby who doesn’t want to pay for information because you feel you’re entitled to everything for free. I bet you get up early in the morning and swipe your neighbors newspaper and get pissed when they cancel their subscription. Get a clue on how the world works. This was informative and she vouged for a product she ‘believes’ in.

Everyone keeps complaining about ads… holy crap, stop your complaining. THIS IS FREE! I’m sure YouTube, as well as DietHealth, would be more than happy to take money from you to replace these paid advertisements. STFU, welcome to the world of business.

I willing to bet anyone unsubscribing is going to come back, see if DietHealth did another ad and will complain again if they did.

This is an informative, and yet profitable way, for Sarah to make some money and still make a video.
