    not sur ei dont measure my body dnt no how. am 5ft 5 153lbs muscular ,reasonable tone just got a bit more to loose but i losed like 2 kg first few days but then was in gym nerly every day n put bout half kilo back on coz still on hihgh protein diet and have noticed a little diffrenc ein my body fat bad have also gone a bit bigger

    iv been on eca stacks for 2 weeks 60mg eph 420 mg caffine 50mg of caffine a day .should i take a week out on then go back on on jus carry on for the 4 weeks worth i have?

    Based on what I have been told in med school esp. for prescription diet pills like Meridia and Xenical:

    1) Do they work? Yes
    2) Are the results long term? No, unless you change habits.
    3) Are there problems? Yes, esp. if you have cardiomyopathies (heart problems), hypertension, or are taking P450 enzyme inhibitors (e.g. sulfonamides, isoniazid, cimetidine, ketoconazole, erythromycin, and grapefruit juice)

    Not too sure about p-synephrine, but I think it’s a safer alternative to ephedrine.
