I’ve just learned to control them, keep them under a certain limit for the day and, most importantly, not to eat carbs after 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

It’s also important to identify “good” carbs and “bad” carbs. Good carbs are the kind you find in brown rice, fruits and vegetables and whole grain products like whole wheat bread. These fill you up, as well as being processed and used differently by the body.

So, first, identify what works with your body and what doesn’t and then start tweaking until you come up with an acceptable amount that will help you lose your weight.

2. GET MOVING!!
