I am often asked: What is the best way to burn fat and lose stomach? People want to know if aerobics is better than strength training, or a traditional resistance training is better than intervals. Cardio is not the best way to burn fat. Intervals are better able to burn belly fat fat burning.

With over 15 years of experience to help others, dedicated to training, the training of teachers of sports and many hours in the gym, and indeed the laboratory studies on different methods of operation, I’m pretty sure what works and what does not.
