Weight loose pills and such products do not work. The larger percentage of weight people loose when on this stuff is in the form of muscle which is bad. I can not for the life of me figure out why people just do not exercise, even just a little bit and simple change they way they eat i.e. good foods rather than the typical junk and God, the no fat, no carb nonsense.</p>
<p>I think for the most part it is laziness. What say you?</p>
