The EODD program by Jon Benson is a unique interpretation of the calorie cycling diet technique. Calorie cycling or calorie shifting as some people call is a technique where a dieter varies their calorie intake so that the body will not stall in its weight loss.

EODD Weight Loss, What Is It?

What is EODD Weight loss?

The idea behind every other day or EODD weight loss is quite simple.  Suppose you are consuming 2500 calories a day and you have been very faithful to that number.  Your body has come to expect that 2500 calories every day.
