So you need to get ready for that special event? You need to lose weightIn 2 Days and want to know the best ways to do so. Is this absolutely possible?
Of course you should not expect to be wafer-thin like a runaway model in only 2 days but at least you will lose enough weight to be able to fit in your best outfit for that special event.
There are many best ways to lose weight in a week but you’ll need to put in some effort. If your desire is strong and you take action, you may even be able to lose 10 pounds in such a short time.
Firstly, you need to plan a change of diet. Write up the plan and then commit to it for the next 2 days.
Include exercise activities in your plan for the next 2 days. Some activities you can do daily include jogging, running, brisk walking and cycling. These methods are free and do not require you to join a gym at all.
You also need to get enough sleep every day as your body need to recharge for every day that you go through your exercises and diet. You do not want to look haggard for that special event next week do you?
To avoid dehydration and dry skin, replenish your body fluids by drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Avoid carbonated drinks, sodas and juices as these contain more calories than water and may not help you lose weight.
Break down your meals to smaller portions. You can start by having 3 healthy snack sessions in-between your regular 3 meals and keep your meals healthy and moderate the amount of food you consume. Try not to skip any of these meals.
Once you commit to these, you can check your results at the end of day 6. Try the outfit that you plan to wear. You should feel more comfortable now snuggling into your favorite outfit.
Excess body fat is an epidemic sweeping the US and much of the world. It seems everyone wants to lose weight and reduce the amount fat on their bodies. There are dozens of different plans available for doing that. But before you choose a plan to follow, you should give a few minutes thought to the different approaches they can take. Here are the 3 top approaches to fat loss. See which approach appeals to you, then pick a plan that uses that approach to get the best results.
The first approach is diet-only. That is, it is all about losing fat through changing the way you eat. This is the easiest approach for many people since it doesn’t require exercise or major lifestyle changes. In the beginning, this approach was very simple: eat less. Unfortunately, it turned out that eating less isn’t usually that effective.
So the diet-only approach has evolved to include all sorts of diets: low-fat ones, low-carb ones, calorie shifting ones, and so on. Its fair to say that each of these is effective for some people. But none of them seems to be effective for everyone.
The second approach combines diet with exercise and sometimes other lifestyle changes. They are generally more effective than diet-only approaches, since the exercise portion of the program causes you to burn more calories and perhaps build more muscle. In addition, lifestyle changes like reducing stress and getting more sleep are known to reduce your body’s tendency to store calories as fat.
While this second approach is generally more effective, it has a drawback. It is a lot more work, literally. Exercise means finding time and energy to work out. Lifestyle changes require effort and getting out of your settled routine. So the combined approach is a lot harder for people to stick with, even if it is more effective.
That brings us to the third approach. For many, the biggest thing keeping them from losing fat is not that they don’t know how, or don’t have a good plan to follow. It is a lack of motivation and determination to burn that fat. Finding ways to develop a mind set that ensures fat loss success is the third approach.
We know that our thoughts and attitudes affect our body. Think positive thoughts and you start to feel happier and more energetic. Think negative, defeatist thoughts and you become tired and withdrawn. Become absolutely convinced that you are going to lose that gut and your body tries to make it happen. This makes anything else you do to lose fat more effective.
So those are the three approaches. Choose the diet-only approach when exercise and more comprehensive changes to your life don’t fit in. Choose the second approach (diet plus exercise plus lifestyle changes) when you are really committed to losing the fat no matter what, and you are physically able to work out. Choose the third approach (developing a fat-loss mindset) when you are looking to get better results from what you’re already doing to cut the fat.

One of the most common beliefs about why people don’t lose fat is that they don’t have the metabolism for it. That is, they think there is something wrong with their metabolism, preventing them from losing fat like other people do. This is a grave mistake.
While you may not have the same genetic and metabolic gifts that the world’s greatest athletes and models have, very few people have metabolic conditions that would prevent them from having a healthy body fat level. Some people can stay lean without any effort, while others have to work at it, but very few of us are doomed to fatness by our metabolisms.
That said, your baseline metabolism does tend to slow as you get older. This results in reduced energy and calorie needs, making it harder to keep active and keep the belly fat off. Our sedentary lifestyles contribute to this mess too.
You were almost surely more active when you were young than you are now. That means you almost surely burned more calories through activity each day when you were young than you do now. Combine a slowing baseline metabolism with less activity and you’ve got a formula for a big gut. To get rid of that gut, you need to rev up your metabolism and give it a reason to burn up some of that fat.
Cardio workouts are the most common way people try to rev up their metabolism. And they work to some extent, burning additional calories and using up fat as long as you stay on that machine or keep pounding the pavement. But step off the machine or stop striding along at speed and your metabolism quickly slows down again. You could try to keep your metabolism high by doing cardio longer, but at some point you either need to get on with the rest of your life, develop a repetitive stress injury, or bore yourself to tears. Fortunately, there’s a better way.
In recent years, many researchers have concluded that cardio workouts are not the best way to rev up your metabolism. Studies show that high-intensity, highly-variable exercise works better and faster for strengthening your body, protecting your heart, and revving up your metabolism. These kinds of exercises more realistically simulate the kind of activities our bodies were designed for.
Our ancestors didn’t jog for hours. No mammals do that. Instead, our ancestors lives were filled with short bursts of strenuous activity (like catching dinner) mixed with periods of rest. Their heart rates went way up then way down. Our bodies are made for that kind of activity and respond well to it.
These kinds of activities have an additional advantage when it comes to boosting your metabolism. When you engage in high-intensity activities like sprinting or lifting heavy weights, your metabolism speeds up. Your muscles also get damaged a bit. This is healthy and normal and not a problem as long as your body gets rest between intense periods.
Because your muscles get damaged by high-intensity workouts, your body needs to do repairs when you are resting. That requires energy, which boosts your metabolism. Studies have shown that your metabolic rate will be higher for as much as a day or two after a hard workout. Doing these kinds of workouts helps you burn the fat right off your belly, even when you aren’t in the gym or at the track.
Many of the newer workout programs include this kind of exercise, usually called high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. If you’re serious about burning fat, I strongly suggest that you look for a program that includes this kind of training in addition to, or in place of, traditional cardio workouts.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great tool for burning fat, even for people who think their metabolism prevents it. To find great fat loss programs that incorporate HIIT, go to my site.
Do you know that if you’ve been depriving yourself from drinking water (lots of it), you may be missing out on an easy way to jump start your weight loss. Yes people, drinking plain water may help you speed up your weight loss effort.
In fact, researchers found that if a person drank 17 ounces of water, he or she may be burning as much as 30% more calories than when those who didn’t drink the water. The raised metabolic rate lasted, on average, for half an hour.
Increasing water intake obviously speeds up metabolism and enables your body to better digest nutrients from the foods and nutritional supplements you consume, the result being natural and healthy weight loss.
“What exactly is ‘metabolism’, anyway?” Merriam Webster defines it as, “The process by which a substance is handled in the body.” A little unclear, but that’s really all it means.
There are many forms of metabolism going on in your body right now, but the one everyone is talking about it the metabolism of fat. This is actually something that the liver does when it converts stored fat to energy. The liver has other functions, but this is one of its main jobs.
Unfortunately, another of the liver’s duties is to pick up the slack for the kidneys, which need plenty of water to work properly. If the kidneys are water-deprived, the liver has to do their work along with its own, lowering its total productivity. It then can’t metabolise fat as quickly or efficiently as it could when the kidneys were pulling their own weight. If you allow this to happen, not only are you being unfair to your liver, but you’re also setting yourself up to store fat.
Natural, healthy weight loss can occur only by increasing one’s intake of pure, healthy water. Water is not only the number-one ingredient for a healthy inner you, it also plays the lead role in maintaining a healthy and youthful appearance on the outside.
The quantity and the quality of the water we consume determine the body’s ability to metabolize and shed excess fat and properly maintain the largest organ, the skin.
For the average person, experts suggest getting at least 64 ounces of water daily or eight 8-ounce glasses. If you are on a diet to lose weight, it is more important to consume more and keep drinking water throughout the day, unless you have any medical condition that doesn’t allow much water intake.
A good guide for daily intake is to drink 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight. A 200 pound person should be drinking around 100 ounces (12.5 cups) of water in the gain the benefits of increased energy and metabolism.
If exercising is part of a weight loss program a bit more water should be included to account for water loss from sweating. Drinking water before, during and after exercise will keep energy levels high and help recovery after training.
Oh yes, just make sure that the water consumption is spread out throughout the day. It’s not healthy at all to drink too much water at one time. Try to pick three or four times a day when you can have a big glass of water, and then sip in between.
Do whatever suits you, here. Just drink it!

For many people, yours truly included, fasting is an effective way to lose weight. Overeating or eating too fast, feeding cravings and emotions not hunger, eating calorie-concentrated foods with lack of physical activity, all lead to unwanted weight-gain.
Much of what we eat feeds cravings and addictions rather than nutritional needs. The problem with feeding a craving is two-fold: we crave all the wrong things, fat, salt and processed sugar. When is the last time you had a “big carrot attack”? The second problem is, cravings cannot be satisfied, hence we overeat far too much of the wrong kinds of food.
This is where fasting can help and is a great new beginning.
My own experience was no exception. I still remember when I was starting on my diet many years ago where I was having problem to stick to it.
As I love food so much, refraining from eating and forcing myself to eat something else (you know like the greens and in small portion) was really a gargantuan task.
Finally I decided to fast. Somehow, as I grew up fasting constantly due to my religion requirement I find fasting rather easy. I fast I did and in no time, I started to lose weight.
One thing for sure is fasting provides a tangible starting point for any of us to kick off our weight loss program. It’s probably like a marriage where there must be a divorce before there can be remarriage. Interestingly, most people are more intimately involved with their eating than they are with their spouses.
So, fasting effectively serves the ‘divorce papers’ to your former food-lovers. There is remorse, yearning, some testify to loneliness, as if an old friend has died. Makes sense, addiction is always there, waiting to comfort empty emotions, a comfort that comes at a great price.
Clear starting points are important to change. Over years of compromise you may have effortlessly fallen into physical disrepair. Moving toward health is an uphill climb, demanding a strong exercising of your will-muscle. Fasting is a great way to start working that muscle out.
And fasting will build powerful momentum, from a dead standstill to exciting motion. We all need a push in the right direction, fasting is just that.
Having said that, never use fasting as your primary source of keeping weight off. The secret is to learn how to fast healthy and eat healthy. You fast to lose weight, than you eat in a way to keep the weight off. That’s balance.
Happy Fasting!

Experiencing floating body weight throughout the day is a common thing as the overall weight depends on hydration level, food intake, physical activity that vary within a certain period of time. And of course, there’s a great difference between the level of physical activity and food consumption during the working days and the weekends. If the difference is significant and repeated over a long period of time this may contribute to overweight and obesity tendencies. Still, there isn’t much data on how do the weekends affect body weight on a short or long term basis. Taking this assumption into account the researchers at the Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, have taken upon themselves the task to find out whether dietary preferences during the weekends result in weight gain or not. The initial thought was that weekends would stimulate weight gain if simply observed and not intervened. The study included non-obese older adult people, who weren’t smoking and had occasional physical exercises. All the subjects were nonsmokers and had an irregular physical activity pattern. The study was endured through on year, and all of the test subjects were divided into three groups: the first should decrease their calorie consumption by 20% on a daily basis; the second was with increased physical activity, while the third was a control group with no changes in diet or exercises, and no diet pills such as Phentermine employed. The test subjects from all three groups were regularly weighted and their calorie intake measured on a monthly and basis. The information resulted from this study was thoroughly analyzed using statistical methods. Of 48 subjects who entered the study 46 have completed it successfully. The study showed that the calorie consumption during Saturdays was significantly higher than that of weekdays. Saturday dietary preferences were also a fraction richer with fat, with 36% of the calories taken as compared to 35% during other days. All of three groups have also shown much more significant energy consumption during the weekends as compared to weekdays. Those who were in the reduced calorie intake group have shown no weight loss during the weekends, while people from the exercise group have even manifested weight gain during these days. Thus, the results of the study concluded that weekend dietary preferences stimulated weight gain and restricted weight loss in all of the test subjects. The researchers have made it clear why most people consider weight loss to be a hard task when such appetite suppressants as Phentermine are not used. It is not a matter of physical activity, but rather the dietary tendencies during the weekends that make it such a hard thing to complete. And with current tendencies of obesity to become a nation-wide epidemic in the US the common patterns of dietary preferences during the weekends should become a point of concern for public health officials and doctors. And you can clearly see these tendencies taking frightening proportions by just observing the increase of and other diet supplement in the US.

It is hard to give up on good food. And if you think about it – you should not really give up on it. It is wrong to keep yourself away from the things you like unless they harm you and your health. Since the beginning of the 20th century many obesity sufferers have known the other, more pleasant side of the story with food. It happens after most obese adults lost the gained weight, the extra weight that stopped them from living a healthy life. Nowadays, as we find ourselves in the 21st century, the market seems to have attracted more obesity release drugs that are highly popular with the population. They are advertised on TV and in the magazines. Medical practitioners trust them and prescribe them everyday therefore it is easy to believe and expect a good result.
We can on talking about the appetite suppressants for hours as they are working well but we do not have to forget that the consumption of the drug itself is not that great. Every drug consists of various chemical elements. We all know that the impact of chemical substances on our body is rather negative. So before you enter McDonalds for the third time in a row during the day think wisely. Is it really worth it to have a 5 minute pleasure food moment and pay for it with your health later? Think about your body before anything.
Most adults that consume weight loss drugs know that the consultation is inevitable. You might think you know what your doctor will tell you and you are probably right but it is better to check yourself again and know this or that drug is on your list of medication before you make up your mind on your own. Most people that are welcome to take weight loss free pill should have a body mass index above 30. In some particular cases the number can reach 27 but not below that. Usually these special cases include patients that suffer from type-2 diabetes and cardio-vascular diseases caused by high cholesterol. So you should know your body is at risk when you treat it without specialist’s permission.
Drugs like Phentermine target the weight loss problem salvation hitting the nervous system and pushing the brain to work together with the body. This is one of the most famous pills in the world and it is recommended by most users that achieved good results with their body. But just like every drug it had side-effects though it can really work magic if taken accurately and seriously by the patient that knows why exactly he is taking this medication.
You can Phentermine almost everywhere. It is available in all US states and in the world in general. Weight loss should not be a difficulty or an obstacle for no one. But this drug consumption should not become as obsession either. Everything is good in its right proportions. Your specialists need to examine you every now and then and see the progress. If it doesn’t happen, which is almost impossible, you should start a different medication process. If you skipped a dose do not try to male up for it. It is better to miss one than have an overdose that will make the situation worse than ever before. So be wise about anything you do as the drug is only a drug and you work miracle together with it not apart.

The best weight loss methods to loose arm and thigh fat are not that complicated. It is essential to understand the importance of everyday exercise when losing arm fat and thigh fat. Sure, anyone can say they work out. But if your working out is not something you do everyday, then your physical appearance is going to suffer. Having an exercise plan you stick with on a daily basis is going to do a lot for your health and physical appearance over the long haul.
1.) Arm fat is not necessarily one of those things that everyone wants on their body. It’s not very sightly and can easily make you look fat. The cold hard truth is that if you have this type of fat, you are probably what is considered to be overweight. So basically, the first thing you need to do despite how you eat is to do some form of exercise. Do this every single day while possibly taking one or two days off a week for rest. You must make sure you design an exercise program that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises for the best overall results.
2.) It is very important that you exercise at least one hour everyday. Drink water while you exercise and throughout the day for even quicker weight loss to get rid of your arm fat. Cold water is best for speeding up metabolism. After you have exercised consistently for about one month, your body will begin to show improvement, especially your arm fat. It will begin to decrease little by little, so it is important not to expect any extremely quick results. A safe weight loss occurs at one to two pounds per week. Over time, that amount of weight loss can really add up. Instead of referring to it as one to two pounds per week, you may want to think of it as five to ten pounds per month. You call that the best weight loss methods to loose arm and thigh fat, because ten pounds per month are real and safe results.
3.) Another essential weight loss method for shedding your arm fat and thigh fat is to eat. So many people think that cutting down on calories and skipping out on eating is the best way to lose weight. It does, by far offer a very quick short term result, but over the long term, it never works. No one living has ever had success in weight loss by starving themselves. It is best to eat a variety of healthy foods and snacks throughout the day. The only thing you need to pay most attention to is your portions. If you consume too much at one time, your body may end up storing the leftover food as fat, especially if it is not burned up as energy.
Losing a substantial amount of arm fat can be accomplished and maintained over time. It is never healthy to expect overnight weight loss. This cannot be stressed enough. People need to think of weight loss as something that takes a period of weeks and months, not a period of days. Being realistic can be difficult when you want the fat gone now, but you will never come out disappointed if you think of it in this way. The longer you persist, the better you will look and feel.
You need to eat, but just do not overdo it. That’s where a good weight loss system can help you. At There’s a Free Workout Program and a Great Product Review on a system that can help you on your way to fabulous looking arms and the body you always wanted than you think.
There are a lot of books and products that talk about reducing abdominal fat. There is no food, no exercise, and no herb that will cause your body to remove fat in one place versus another.
If you want to reduce abdominal fat, you need to start consuming fewer calories than you expend on a daily basis. We all know that eating fast food everyday, or never eating fruits and vegetables is bad for us. We need to eat a well balanced ab diet whether we’re trying to lose abdominal fat, or just live a healthy lifestyle.
If you are a male, abdominal fat is probably the last fat that will disappear from your body. First your body will remove fat from your face and extremities, such as your arms and legs, then it will remove fat from your upper torso, your chest, upper thighs and buttocks, and lastly it will use the fat stored in your abdomen. There is no way that I’m aware of to alter this abdominal fat pattern used by the human body
This means if you are really serious about reducing abdominal fat and you want to get rid of that abdominal fat, you’re going to have to take a whole-body approach. You’re going to have to get used to the idea that abdominal fat is probably going to be the last fat to go. This isn’t what you wanted to hear, probably, but it’s the truth.
For women, this means the last place you’re likely to lose the fat is on the hips and buttocks. This is something you may have already observed if you’ve ever tried to lose body fat, or if you’ve made some progress but couldn’t seem to get rid of that last bit of so called “stubborn” body fat. I’ve also found from experience that it’s virtually impossible to lose abdominal fat if you don’t engage in routine physical exercise. And abs exercises are included in that exercise. By engaging in strength training, you will end up burning abdominal fat for hours and even days after your exercise session. There are also a lot of things you can do in terms of controlling your consumption of carbohydrates and altering natural hormone levels in the body to help reduce body fat.But you’re never going to have total success with fat loss unless you also engage in regular physical exercise and pursue a healthy diet.
There are some common myths about training and dieting like for instance that you should train your abs everyday. So I don’t need to exercise to lose abdominal fat?
No, you need to exercise, how ever 100 crunches or sit-ups aren’t the right exercise. You want to be doing activities that burn calories, not just contribute to muscle growth. What type of activities?
